Hi, I’m a passionate tech lead with a deep love for all things web development. My journey in the tech world started years ago, and since then, I’ve become fascinated with creating high-performance web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. I thrive on digging into the details of performance optimization, building fast and efficient websites, and making sure every click feels effortless. I’m particularly invested in UI/UX design because I believe great technology is only as good as how well people can interact with it. Beyond the code, I’m a huge advocate for servant leadership. For me, leadership isn’t about being at the top — it’s about lifting others up. I’ve seen firsthand the power of building teams rooted in trust, collaboration, and empowerment. When team members feel supported, valued, and trusted, they bring their best selves to the table. My mission as a leader is to create an environment where everyone feels heard, empowered to innovate, and encouraged to take ownership of their work. I believe in leading by example, fostering open communication, and helping each individual grow both personally and professionally. For me, the success of a team isn’t just measured by the work we deliver, but by the journey we take together and the lasting bonds we build along the way.

Family, Fatherhood & Life Outside of Work

Outside of the tech world, I’m a proud father of two amazing kids and a devoted husband. Family means everything to me, and I strive to bring the same care, patience, and dedication from my personal life into my work life. Balancing the demands of being a tech lead with the joys (and sometimes chaos!) of parenthood is no easy feat, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My family keeps me grounded, reminding me of the importance of empathy, perspective, and staying present in the moment. Whether it’s helping with homework, building LEGO towers, or spending quality time with my wife, family life is a big part of who I am and fuels my drive to be a better leader, colleague, and person every day.
